Town & Country Architecture Fareham was established in 1987 by Paul Edwards. As a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, we are bound by a code of Practice that foremost requires the Practice to maintain adequate Professional Indemnity Insurance to protect the client in the unlikely event that the Practice is negligent.

The Practice can provide a level of service tailored to meet the client, from small domestic extensions through to commercial projects. Working to tight deadlines and showing a flair for design we fully appreciate the need for clear and accurate plans to bring about a successful development on schedule and to budget. As Architectural Consultants our work can encompass all aspects of the design stage from Feasibility, Planning Permission, Building Regulation Approval, Tender Stage and Site Supervision throughout Fareham Hampshire, West Sussex and Dorset.

Great emphasis is placed on sympathetic design with many residential projects undertaken in Conservation Areas, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty or Listed Building Status. The practice has been merited with design awards in recognition of the high standard of design and execution for a community village hall, office complex and new dwellings on the South Coast.
